The hotel provided a modern and spacious self-contained apartment designed for 6 persons, which was excellent for my family. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, a big thank you to Rajeshkumar and Parsuram for doing a fabulous job. The service was very nice, professional, efficient, and helpful, especially for families. The location, while near Dubai Mall and with a metro station in front, felt too small and crowded. The dining experience was a mix, with yummy options but some disappointment. Overall, a great stay with a few areas for improvement.

The apartment was spacious and boasted a huge balcony offering stunning views of the ocean and Burj Khalifa. The service was very accommodating, especially reception staff Asela, Mumtaz, and Jessica. I stayed at Al Salam Hotel Suites and had a mixed experience. The rooms were not very child-proof, but they offered a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa. The hotel seemed a bit too big for my liking. The location was great near the metro and restaurants, but congestion from cabs parked in front was a drawback. The dining experience was not satisfactory despite the friendly staff.
